Prosperity Is First Reflected in Our Minds

Prosperity is first reflected in our minds and then achieved through our self-esteem.

Believe that you will proper and you can do it.

Believe that you deserve to prosper and you will find a way.

Believe that you will achieve prosperity and you will achieve it.

What your sub-consciousness mind believes the consciousness mind achieves.

Membership Drives Underway

Many of the local HBAs are conducting a spring membership drive the next two days. We wish them success. This can mean new SMC members as well.

If your HBA is one of the ones participating, and you have a prospective member, this is a good time to get involved.

Monday's Motivational Moment

"Choosing to succeed is a very important and necessary choice in the world of business. Success is not accidental, it is intentional. It has to be sought and attained."

The Quality Of Your Choices

Life is full of choices. Some of them are relatively minor - what to eat for breakfast, what to wear for the day, or whether to take an umbrella or not. Some are more serious - leaving in time to get to an important appointment on time, doing your homework to prepare for a sales call, or reading positive books and messages. Some can be quite serious - lying, damaging your brand, or being reckless.

We all have hundreds of choices to make everyday. By doing well on the small ones, we are better prepared to deal with the more serious ones.

People will know us by the kinds - and the quality - of the choices we make.

Live The Life You Were Meant to Live

Our life becomes the one that we chose and lead. Make the choice to lead the life that you were meant to live and then live your life to its fullest.

Spring Break

Can you believe that colleges are already starting their spring breaks? This means that you might be seeing more people in your area over the next few weeks - particularly of college age - and that you may see some higher numbers of traffic.

Remember that people need a place to go and start a life after college, and that your area may be in the running for them.

Good hospitality is always appreciated.

What Does Luck and Sweat Have in Common?

Sweat is associated with hard work.

The harder we are willing to work the more we may sweat. The labor will become fulfilling, the sweat will be forgotten, and the rewards outstanding and long lasting.

The more you work and sweat the luckier you get.

Luck is the dividend of your sweat.

Customer Service Is Specific

I have worked (as a consumer) with many companies recently who claim to be devoted to customer service but don't have a clue on how to deliver it. I have also worked with some companies that are great.

The difference is in how they view their customers and what they want the outcome to be. Some companies - unfortunately for the consumer - seem only to be interested in being right and in letting us know that they won.

As for us, there is a serious and vital lesson here.

It makes no difference how big our sign is that says customers are number one or that we care. It's how we deliver that counts.

As consumers, we can tell who really wants to solve an issue and who doesn't. Sometimes, even in a company that is not committed to serving their customers, we will encounter a person who is. If we can tell, so can our customers when they work with us.

Customer service is delivered one person at a time.

Monday's Motivational Moment

"Participation is the first part of success - we have to be in the game to win. The second part is staying in the game and getting back up if we stumble or fall."
