First, Happy Father's Day to all of the men with children at home, away at college, or grown. A special Happy Father's Day to those celebrating their first one ever.
Today is also the official first day of summer although the temperatures don't need to get any hotter to show us that it's finally summer according to the calendar. Nevertheless, happy summer, and may we use the summer to really grow our businesses much the same way that the grass and trees do the bulk of their growing for the year during the summer.
Summer is a great time to pull out all the stops and really make things happen. Summer also can be a lazy time, and our attention can turn to football, back-to-school, the fall, and cooler temperatures. We must maintain our focus and our drive to get things done this summer.
